Passion

What is your passion?
I asked myself that, and I realized that my passion is to guide people along the right path; the path that leads to God.
Now, you must be saying that "all paths lead to Jesus", and you're totally right. At some point in life you're gonna need Jesus. But where you really need to be is in the path that leads to GOD. and only Jesus leads to God. He is the only Way.
Some Christians know Jesus, but have never met him. It's like how you can go crazy over a celebrity, but you haven't actually met him (brushing shoulders and getting an autograph doesn't count as "meeting"). You can see them, you know their names, but you've never really had a friendship with them.
Some people are ok with that. They know Jesus' name, and they know that He died on the cross for them, but they never really tried to KNOW him. To have a relationship with him.
He loves you so much, He allowed you to survive a long as you have, it's a bit sad that you love a hot singer more than him.
You can't just stay complacent.
And that's my passion. To help them know that being complacent doesn't work. That there is a higher calling for them, and they are never going to hear it if they don't try.
What is your calling? To go to the strictly lost? To lead? To lead leaders? What is it? You can't say you have none.

Remember: With God, you are never on the losing side. Never.

Valentines Day 2013

Scrolling down my Twitter timeline reveals a lot of "forever alone" quotes. Like, a lot. Who cares if you don't have a valentine? Ok, maybe you do....
But put it this way. God made us to enjoy life and live it to the fullest. That doesn't mean we don't have problems. But having problems also doesn't mean that we can't enjoy. We need to learn how to take it all in, good and bad, and turn it into something beautiful.
So you don't have a valentine. So you didn't get flowers (except maybe from your parents). Does that mean you have to be emo for a day? Why not grin despite it and show that the world is still a happy place? Don't conform to the general feeling of being alone. You are not alone. You were never alone. You will never be alone.
So smile. Show the world that you are your own and God's happy child. ;)
